It makes it easier if we know exactly what you are trying to achieve with your audio system and sub enclosure.

We build each enclosure out of mdf and it is fiberglass resined internally for strength. We pressure test each enclosure to 100 psi for any leaks. Only when we are sure we have perfectly airtight enclosure do we cut the speaker mounting holes and carpet or vinyl it. All corners on every enclosure are router round. It just looks much nicer to not have any sharp edges. We check and double check every enclosure until we sure that every detail of our customers request have been taken care of.

All enclosures can be covered in either carpet, vinyl, or painted. We may recommend a certain covering for your particular application due to the location of the enclosure. For example: vinyl and paint show scuffs and marks more. Carpet in enclosures will be placed under seats and can be kicked by an occupants feet. We carry all major auto companies’ factory interior color of carpet of vinyl. And we match it as closely as possible. We can not guarantee perfect matches due to different yarn and dyes and the effect of sunlight on your interior, but we will be very close if not exact.
